Alhaji Yusuf Jirdede, the Commissioner for Youth and Sports, expressed this assurance during his visit to the club’s management. Jirdede emphasized the importance of the club’s leadership working diligently to ensure success in the forthcoming Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) season.

During his visit to the club’s Secretariat, Jirdede stated, “The Katsina State Government fully backs Katsina United at any time. The entire Katsina United team must put in hard work to achieve success in the upcoming NPFL season.”
